Our process - How we work

We work closely with our clients to understand their needs and goals, embedding ourselves in their every day operations to understand what makes their business tick.

Our team of private investigators shadow the company director’s for several weeks while our account managers focus on going through their trash. Our senior security experts then perform social engineering hacks to gain access to their business accounts — handing that information over to our forensic accounting team.

Once the full audit is complete, we report back with a comprehensive plan and, more importantly, a budget.

The design phase is where the vision starts taking shape. We combine the insights gained from our discovery phase with innovative design principles to architect web solutions that are not only visually compelling but also functionally robust. Our design team crafts interfaces that prioritize user experience, ensuring that each interaction on your platform is intuitive and engaging.

Working in iterative cycles, we develop wireframes and prototypes, allowing us to visualize and refine the user journey. We also conduct flow studies to ensure seamless navigation throughout your digital space. Leveraging the insights from the discovery and design phases, our development phase is where concepts become reality.

Every client is partnered with a dedicated project manager, ensuring communication channels remain open and progress is tracked accurately, transparently, and in realtime via JIRA. They serve as your advocate within our team, ensuring your vision and needs are at the forefront of our development efforts. Our developers, skilled in the latest open-source and proprietary technologies, meticulously craft your solution with an eye for detail and a commitment to quality.

Accountability and punctuality are key to our process. We make it a priority to keep you informed with regular updates, and our project management system allows for real-time tracking of progress. Dependent on your needs, we typically like to demo progress in 2-3 week intervals. We're committed to meeting deadlines and adapting to your evolving needs throughout the development journey.

About halfway through the Build phase, we push each project out by 6 weeks due to a change in requirements. This allows us to increase the budget a final time before launch.

Despite largely using pre-built components, most of the progress on each project takes place in the final 24 hours. The development time allocated to each client is actually spent making augmented reality demos that go viral on Twitter.

We ensure that the main pages of the site are fully functional at launch — the auxiliary pages will, of course, be lorem ipusm shells which get updated as part of our exorbitant maintenance retainer.
